Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and we aim to provide flexibility to our guests within reasonable bounds.
However, please be advised that once your room has been booked, no refunds will be issued.
Should you need to make changes to your reservation, we are happy to offer an exchange for another date, subject to availability. Please note the following conditions:

**Additional Charges for Event Weekends**: In the event that you choose to move your stay from a non-weekend event to an event weekend, additional charges will apply to accommodate this change.

Pet Policy
**Pet Size Limit**: Pets weighing up to 20 pounds are permitted to stay at our hotel.
**Proof of Pet Carrier**: For the safety and comfort of your pet and other guests, it is mandatory to provide proof of a suitable pet carrier upon check-in.
**Pet Deposit**: A pet deposit is required upon check-in to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning fees.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum Occupancy Per Room:
- Single Room: 1 couple or 1 individual
- Double Room: 2 couples or 2 individuals
- Triple Room: 3 couples or 3 individuals
Each room has a designated maximum occupancy. No exceptions will be made, except for children under 12, and only with prior approval from the motel manager.
If the number of guests exceeds the room’s maximum occupancy, you will be required to either rent an additional room or pay a $60 per-person, per-night surcharge.
Change Check in time: 2pm
Checkout: 11am
Early Check-In Policy -
Early check-in may be available based on room readiness and availability. If approved, the early check-in rate is $10 per hour.
Parking Policy -
Each single room reservation includes parking for one truck and one trailer, while each double room reservation includes parking for two trucks and two trailers. Any additional vehicles or trailers beyond the allotted amount will incur a fee of $50 per night, per vehicle/trailer. Guests must park only in designated areas and follow all on-site parking guidelines to ensure adequate space and safety for all guests.
